REGISTRATION FEE

$100 for the first child
$25 each additional child
(Maximum registration fee per family: $150)

The registration fee applies to all students and may be refunded pending acceptance. The registration fee must be paid at the time of application and prior to applying or receiving any financial assistance.


Additional Fee(s):

Building Fee: $350
All Catholic (non-parish) and Non-Catholic families will be assessed a family building fee that is due on or before September 1, 2017.

PTO Fee: $50
All families (Catholic and Non-Catholic) will be assessed an annual PTO fee that is due on or before September 1, 2017.


NOTE: Fees not paid on or before September 1st will be drafted with the September tuition payment.




TUITION RATES

St. Edward Catholic School offers one tuition rate for all grades PK through 8th grade. Monthly payments reflected below are drafted over a 12-month period beginning in June and ending in May.

FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PROCEEDURES

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Families seeking financial assistance should complete a financial aid application with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by April 28, 2017. Financial assistance is not guaranteed and will be granted according to need. Financial assistance decisions are made in late May and you will be notified by direct letter.

TUITION PLANS OF PAYMENT

All payment plans begin June 5 through May 31. Payment methods include monthly bank draft and credit card payments. Annual and semi-annual tuition options may be paid by check only. Annual tuition payments include a $100 discount.

LATE/RETURNED PAYMENT

Any returned checks, draft or late tuition payments are assessed a $35 late or return item fee.

SPECIAL FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

St. Edward understands that unexpected circumstances may occur and impact a familys financial ability to meet their financial obligations. Special arrangements may be made through the Principal in consultation and approval from the Pastor. We encourage parents to contact the Principal as soon as possible when experiencing financial hardships.

NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

St. Edward Catholic School participates in the National School Lunch Program to qualify for free or reduced price lunch meals. All families receiving financial assistance are required to complete this application in August 2017. This form must be completed annually.
