"Today's Catholic school…is a center in which parents and teachers, guided by the Holy Spirit, collaborate in giving children a complete Catholic education."(National Conference of Catholic Bishops, Teach Them: Statement on Catholic Schools, 1976)
The Parent Teacher Organization aspires to accomplish the mission of St. Edward Catholic School by providing opportunities for parents and faculty to meet and collaborate outside of the regular classroom setting. The PTO also coordinates fund raising and volunteer activities to assist in providing programs, equipment, supplies, and service needed to maintain a quality well-rounded educational environment.
